Lega Recognition Solutions was formed in November 2008 when the business of Lega Badges and Plaques became part of Nichol Industries.
Nichol Industries' history goes back to 1958 when Barry and Trevor Nichol started in business. Beginning as an engraving company the brothers purchased Bertram Badges in 1972. Over the years Nichol have developed a strong skill base in metal stamped badges, medallions, key rings and
metal insignia.
Lega Badges and Plaques was formed in 1948 by Richard Heron. Paul Heron joined his father in 1969. With a long held reputation as Australia's leading supplier of wall plaques, Lega also manufactured cast badges, key rings and medallions. For the last 20 years Lega has also specialised in name badges.
Taking advantage of the 50 years experience in badge making of Nichol and the 60 years experience of Lega Badges and Plaques, Lega Recognition Solutions provides high quality products, custom made to customers requirements.
